Subject-specific board training, capacity-building programmes, and exam-readiness sessions.
Looked-after teachers build great schools.
The boring details, made transparent. What we pay, what we cover, and what your career here can look like.
What you get.
We benchmark against the top quartile of CBSE schools in Bangalore. Annual increments tied to growth, not tenure.
Fully funded — no fees, no payment from you. Workshops, CBSE training, subject-specific deep-dives, and Saturday PD, all NEP 2020-aligned. Built into your work week, not on top of it.
All training and certifications are free of any service-period commitment — no bond, no repayment clause if you move on. We invest in your growth, no strings attached.
High-performing teachers are considered for Head of Department, Coordinator, and Campus Leadership roles as we grow. Internal promotion is our first choice before external hiring for leadership positions.
Teachers who build deep subject expertise can be recognised as Subject Matter Experts — leading curriculum design, mentoring peers, and representing NCFE in inter-school/CBSE forums, with added recognition and compensation tied to the role.
26 weeks paid maternity, 1 week paid paternity. Phased return-to-work supported.
A tuition discount linked to performance and contribution, plus fee-free admission and sibling priority. Your discount tier is confirmed at enrolment.
Subsidised school bus or fuel allowance for staff commute.
Anthropic, ChatGPT Pro, Notion, Higgsfield, Canva — all on us. We actively encourage you to use them to save time and work smarter.
Funded, structured, mandatory.
Every NCFE teacher gets a minimum of 50–75 hours of structured training each year. Not a number on paper — real time, on the clock, NEP 2020 aligned.
Life Skills, Problem Solving, Leadership, Counselling, Classroom Management, Higher Order Questions, Values Education, Multidisciplinary Projects.
Built into the work calendar (2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays). Not on your personal time.
Every teacher maintains a portfolio that showcases growth, evidence of practice, and reflective notes — used in appraisals.
SWOT analysis and SMART goal-setting at the start of every year. Regular feedback. PIP support — we work with you, not against you.
Annual Curriculum Plan (ACP) and Lesson Design templates for every subject and grade. AI-enabled ERP (NCFE MCB) for diaries, attendance, grade books, parent communication.
A career, not a contract.
We hire for the long arc. Here’s the typical path for a teacher who joins us out of B.Ed.
Pair-teaching, weekly observation feedback, structured PD. The first year is engineered to be successful.
Lead a curriculum project. Mentor a new teacher. Travel to a conference or two. Promotion conversations open.
HoD, Coordinator or Specialist. Run a team of 4–8. Built our internal Leadership Studio program.
Vice Principal → Principal → Network leadership. Two of our three current Principals were once Grade 3 teachers here.
We tell you the band before you apply.
Our teacher pay structure follows the 7th Pay Commission scales for PGT (Post-Graduate Teacher, grades 11–12) and TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher, grades 6–10), with PRT for Primary. Every offer is built from a published band based on role, experience and campus — there’s no negotiation Olympics. Indicative ranges below; actuals depend on experience and fit.
