Principal
Lead a 900+ student CBSE campus with a large staff. You will own academics, culture, parent relationships and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Set the academic and culture vision for the campus each year
- Coach department heads and conduct regular classroom observations
- Own parent satisfaction scores and student outcome data
- Co-design network-wide initiatives with the founder team
- Manage staffing, appraisals and professional development cycles
What we're looking for
- M.A. / M.Ed. + 8+ years school leadership (HoS / Principal / VP)
- Track record running a CBSE campus of 500+ students
- Calm under pressure — clear writer and confident parent communicator
- Data-fluent: comfortable with dashboards and outcome reviews
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI/EdTech tools into classroom pedagogy
- Background in launching or scaling new campuses (0→1 experience)
- Certification in school finance or budget management
- Track record with sports program development or athletics coordination
- Fluency in Kannada for stronger local community engagement
- Experience with inclusive education or special needs programming
- Published thought leadership on education innovation or CBSE reforms
- Network connections with parent corporates for admissions pipeline
