Special Educator
Make NCFE genuinely inclusive — design IEPs, support classroom teachers and partner with parents of children with diverse learning needs.
What you'll do
- Assess learning needs and build Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide pull-out and in-class support for students with SLDs
- Train and coach classroom teachers on differentiation strategies
- Partner with parents on home routines and external therapies
- Coordinate with external specialists and maintain confidential case files
What we're looking for
- B.Ed. Special Education or RCI-recognised certification
- 3+ years experience in inclusive classrooms or resource rooms
- Strong knowledge of dyslexia, ADHD, autism-spectrum supports
- Patient, structured and excellent at parent partnership
